2. Payment & Refund Policy

2.1 Payment Methods

All payments are processed securely via our website [e.g., PayPal, Stripe, etc.]. We do not store or have access to your payment details.

2.2 Refunds & Cancellations

No refunds are allowed for any service, class, or digital product.

Readings & Services: Payments for psychic or mediumship readings are non-refundable once the session has been conducted. If you need to reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours' notice to avoid forfeiting your payment.

Classes & Workshops: Payments for classes are non-refundable but may be transferred to a future class if cancellation is made at least 48 hours in advance.

Digital Products: Due to the nature of digital downloads, all sales are final and non-refundable.

3. Confidentiality & Ethics

All readings and client interactions are strictly confidential. Any information shared during a session will not be disclosed to third parties. However, readings are for entertainment purposes only and should not replace professional legal, medical, or financial advice.

4. Rescheduling & No-Show Policy

If you are more than 10 minutes late to a scheduled reading, the session may be canceled without a refund.

One reschedule is allowed per client if requested at least 24 hours in advance.

No-shows will result in the forfeiture of your session fee.
