Terms and Conditions

By booking a service, enrolling in a class, purchasing a product, or using the website operated by Whispers Within, LLC, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

1. Services and Products

Whispers Within, LLC offers psychic readings, mediumship readings, intuitive guidance, classes, workshops, mentorship, digital products, books, workbooks, and other physical products.

Readings and spiritual services are provided for entertainment, educational, and personal-development purposes only. They are not substitutes for medical, mental health, legal, or financial advice.

No particular message, connection, prediction, result, or outcome is guaranteed.

2. Payments

Payment is due in full at the time of booking or purchase unless another payment arrangement is specifically offered.

Prices, accepted payment methods, applicable taxes, and shipping fees will be displayed on the relevant sales or checkout page.

3. Readings and Appointments

You must request a cancellation or rescheduling at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment.

One reschedule is permitted when requested with at least 24 hours’ notice. Requests made with less than 24 hours’ notice may result in the forfeiture of your payment.

If you are more than 10 minutes late, your session may be shortened or canceled without a refund. No-shows will forfeit the full session payment.

If Whispers Within, LLC must cancel your appointment, you will be offered a new date or a refund.

4. Classes, Workshops, and Mentorship

Enrollment in classes, workshops, courses, and mentorship programs is final and non-refundable unless a different policy is stated on the applicable sales page.

If Whispers Within, LLC cancels a class or program, you will be offered a rescheduled date, credit, or refund.

Class materials, links, recordings, and handouts are provided only to the registered participant and may not be shared, copied, distributed, or resold.

5. Digital Products

Digital products are delivered electronically and are for personal use only.

Because customers receive access to digital content after purchase, all digital-product sales are final and non-refundable, except where otherwise required by law.

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate email address and downloading and saving their purchased files.

6. Physical Products and Third-Party Retailers

Physical books, workbooks, or merchandise may be purchased through independent retailers, marketplaces, printers, distributors, or fulfillment providers.

Orders completed through a third-party platform are subject to that platform’s payment, shipping, cancellation, return, refund, and privacy policies. Questions about those orders should be directed to the company through which the purchase was completed.

Whispers Within, LLC does not control a third party’s inventory, processing times, delivery dates, shipping charges, return decisions, or customer-service procedures.

7. Physical Products Purchased Directly From Us

All physical products purchased directly from Whispers Within, LLC are final sale.

If a directly purchased product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact Leslie@LeslieLydon.com within three business days of confirmed delivery.

Your message must include:

• Your name and order number

• A description of the problem

• Clear photographs of the product

• Clear photographs of the packaging

Once the issue is verified, Whispers Within, LLC may provide an appropriate replacement or refund.

Buyer’s remorse, accidental purchases, ordinary wear, damage occurring after delivery, and unauthorized returns are not eligible for a refund or replacement.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. Additional shipping charges may apply if an order must be resent because an incorrect or incomplete address was provided.

Processing and estimated shipping timeframes will be disclosed on the product or checkout page. If we cannot ship within the stated timeframe, we will provide notice and the options required under applicable law.

This policy does not limit any rights provided under applicable consumer-protection laws.

8. Intellectual Property

All original books, workbooks, downloads, course materials, exercises, recordings, graphics, and written content are owned by or licensed to Whispers Within, LLC and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

Purchasing a product provides permission for individual, personal use only.

You may not copy, share, reproduce, upload, distribute, modify for resale, teach from, resell, or use our materials to create a competing product without written permission.

9. Confidentiality and Conduct

Information shared during private sessions will be treated as confidential unless disclosure is required by law or reasonably necessary to prevent serious harm.

All interactions must remain respectful. Abusive, threatening, harassing, discriminatory, or inappropriate conduct may result in the immediate termination of a session or service without a refund.

We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service when reasonably necessary and as permitted by law.

10. Personal Responsibility and Liability

You retain free will and remain responsible for your own decisions, actions, health, finances, relationships, and personal circumstances.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Whispers Within, LLC is not responsible for decisions made or actions taken based on a reading, class, product, or other service.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.

11. Changes and Governing Law

These Terms may be updated when our services, products, or business practices change. The revised version will be posted with a new effective date.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey and applicable federal law.
